Saguaro National Park, located near Tucson, is known for its iconic saguaro cacti that can grow to be over 40 feet tall. This park is split into two districts: the Tucson Mountain District and the Rincon Mountain District, each offering unique landscapes and hiking trails. The park's vibrant sunsets and starry nights make it a favorite spot for photographers and nature lovers alike. Entrance fee is $25.00 per private vehicle.

Important: Depending on the season, this part of Arizona can get extremely hot. Do not attempt any hikes in extreme heat! We visited in September and only got off the car to take some photos, as it was 114.8 degrees (46 Celsius)!
