Get ready for one of the most rewarding hikes in the Many Glacier area. The trail to Iceberg Lake is a stunning round-trip that takes you through meadows bursting with wildflowers and offers incredible chances to spot wildlife. The path is well-maintained. Your destination is a breathtaking, turquoise lake tucked beneath a massive mountain cirque, where you'll often find icebergs floating even in the height of summer (just don't be too late, we've visited Iceberg Lake on the September 6th and there were no icebergs anymore). The whole experience, from trailhead to the lake and back, typically takes about 4 to 6 hours but I would recommend to do this hike with Ptarmigan Tunnel, it might be tough day, but I'm pretty sure, you'll love it. I'm adding GPX for the whole trail, so you check distance and elevation gain.

Trail to Iceberg Lake is also pretty crowded compared to the peaceful Ptarmigan area.
