You have few options:

1) you can do Highline out and back (but governemt rule for year 2026 should be, that you can park only for maximum of 3 hours at a Logan Pass, so take the shuttle if you think, you won't make it in less than 3 hours). It's up to you, how far you wanna go.

2) Park at the Loop Parking lot and take a shuttle to the Logan Pass (always check on nps.gov when is the last shuttle, in 2025 it was on Labor Day and we missed it by two or three days) or you can hitchhike. Than you will have to do approx 22 kilometres with only 700m of elevation gain and you will be mostly descending.

3)The hardest one ... Park at the Loop Parking lot and start hiking from there, you will finish at the Logan Pass and you'll have to take a shuttle or hitchhike from there. Than you will have to do approx 22 kilometres with only 1300m of elevation gain and you will be mostly ascending.
