The Caumasee is one of Switzerland's most beautiful lakes. It's color and the unique island give it a very special character. It is very easily accessible either via walking or there is even a small cable car that brings you down to the lake. Even during winter the lake is never fully frozen and therefore allows you to capture some amazing reflections with the snowy trees. In summer there might be a lot of people around since it is a popular swimming lake.
