While staying in Verbier, this mountain should be on your list. It is a sharp peak on the edge above Verbier that gives you a great view down to the Rhone valley. You will start from the village of Verbier, then either directly go up to the Pierre Avoi or go to the Chute du Bisse at first and then hike along the ridge. The last meters bellow the peak can be tricky but there are safety rails everywhere and you should be able to ascent it if you are a medium experienced hiker.
