Latitude 65 (named for the geographic location) is a fine-dining establishment with no frills; it’s located in the community yurt at Borealis Basecamp and has incredible views of the White Mountains and Wickersham Dome. The menu changes seasonally based on available ingredients. The food is beyond amazing; every dish is expertly crafted.
