An hour and 20 minutes from Tucson and nestled in the scenic hills of southeastern Arizona is Patagonia Lake State Park. A hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Established in 1975, this park offers a campground, beach, picnic areas, boat ramps, and a marina, making it perfect for fishing, water skiing, camping, picnicking, and hiking. Visitors can spot wildlife like whitetail deer and great blue herons while enjoying the serene beauty of the lake. It has over 100 campsites, RV hookups, and boat-in camping options. A great spot for a day trip or a weekend getaway.
