Night Walks in Shibuya

Photospot

I love Nonbei Yokocho in Shibuya—this cozy, atmospheric alley feels like stepping back in time. With its warm lanterns, tiny izakaya bars, and narrow streets, it's a completely different vibe from the bustling main streets nearby. Nighttime here is magical: the glowing lanterns and neon signs reflect gently on the pavement, making every corner a perfect photo spot.

If you want some street photography that's quieter yet still full of Tokyo's authentic charm, this is your spot. Take your time to explore the alley's hidden corners; it's the kind of place that reveals more the longer you stay.

Best Time to Photograph:
Visit after sunset when the lanterns illuminate the alley beautifully. Even better after rain, when reflections add an extra layer of depth to your shots.
