This one's always a bit surreal to me—right in the middle of Shibuya’s chaos, you turn a corner and suddenly you’re under a canopy of cherry blossoms. The trees stretch over the road, forming this soft tunnel of petals, and for a moment it feels like you're not in one of the busiest places in Tokyo.

It’s definitely a popular spot, especially in full bloom, so afternoons and evenings can get packed. But come early in the morning, and it’s a whole different story. The street’s quiet, the light is soft, and the whole place feels like it’s still waking up. I like standing on the bridge nearby and watching the city slowly come to life under all that pink.

Best Time to Photograph:
Early morning for soft light and fewer people. The cherry blossoms hit their peak around late March to early April. Nights are also magical with all the lanterns lit up—busy, but worth it for that dreamy glow.
