A 6.5-hour small-group full-day tour from El Chaltén combining bus, boat, and hiking to explore Lago del Desierto and Vespignani Glacier. The day begins with a ~1h 45m bus ride on a scenic gravel road, followed by a ~20-minute catamaran crossing of the lake. Once you reach the glacier reserve, you’ll have about 2 hours to choose among three trails of varying difficulty (easy, intermediate, and more demanding) to hike toward viewpoints of the glacier and surrounding peaks. After finishing the hike and enjoying free time, you return by boat and bus to El Chaltén, arriving in the late afternoon.
