We highly recommend doing a tour of Trakai Castle, especially if you're not hiring a car! You'll get picked up from your hotel, learn all about the history of Trakai and have plenty of time to explore. Our private guide took us to a nearby local restaurant to try some authentic Lithuanian dishes, which just made the experience even better!
