This is one of those places that feels like a genuine discovery even though it's been there for well over a century.

Haveselskabets Have is an inspiration garden of 14,000 m² located at Frederiksberg Runddel — right next to the entrance to Frederiksberg gardens.

In 1882 the garden got its current location on a plot that had previously functioned as a nursery, fruit and vegetable garden for the former royal summer residence, Frederiksberg Castle.

The garden contains several unique sections laid out over the years by different Danish landscape architects, including a water garden, a grass garden, a rose garden and a perennial garden.
