The San Chao Pho Nakharat is one of the most beautiful Chinese shrines in the country. The enclosure has several buildings in the purest tradition of Chinese architecture and they are building a giant buddha statue. Among this multitude of pavilions to explore, some have Taoist connotations, while others belong to the Buddhist tradition. This vast Chinese temple is led by a charismatic monk with a mystical allure, almost like a cult. It is widely revered by the public, judging from the number of visitors. When I was there, there was a huge crowd and a very long queue to be blessed by this man.
