The Ayutthaya Historical Park is an exciting tour spot in Thailand. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991 and features impressive architecture, intricate ruins, and important historical sites. A walk through the park will take visitors through five churches including Wat Ratchaburana, Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, Wat Phra Ram, and Wiharn Phra Mongkhon Bopit. There are also several noteworthy sites outside of Ayutthaya island, such as Wat Yai Chai Mongkon, Wat Phanan Choeng, Wat Chaiwatthanaram, and Wat Phu Khao Thong. Visitors can find plenty of interesting history and culture at this enchanting outer district of Bangkok!
