Noshiro Tenku no Fuyajo Council, popularly known as the Tanabata Festival - “Lantern Castles in the Sky”, is a vibrant cultural event held every September in Noshiro, Japan. From 8:30 to 17:30, people flock to the event to witness thousands of beautiful decorated lanterns lighting up the sky. As part of the festivities, local performers as well as Japanese artists from around the world come together to present unique performances and exhibitions for the delight of the spectators. Families, friends, and couples alike can partake in the activities and share in the fun of this delightful festival!
