Yagizaki Park is situated beside Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi, Japan. Surrounded by blue hills and featuring a small shrine on a tiny island in the lake, this tranquil park is perfect for picnics and viewings of pristine nature. Visitors of Yagizaki Park may also take short strolls along the lakeside path, relax amongst hydrangeas, and visit the Kawaguchiko Muse Museum. In mid-June to mid-July, the park is especially beautiful with its blooming purple lavender fields. Additionally, the park is the main venue for the yearly Kawaguchiko Herb Festival.
