Eat at kakomu de kotatsu for 30$, that includes 12$ ticket for the observatory.

Abeno Harukas is an architectural marvel in Osaka, standing tall at 300 meters. It is the tallest skyscraper in Japan and houses a department store, a hotel, restaurant floors and other attractions including the spectacular observation deck “Harukas 300”. The observation deck invites visitors to take in stunning 360-degree views of the city while the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store is the largest of its kind in Japan with over 100,000 square meters dedicated to retail space. Elsewhere in the tower, the Abeno Harukas Art Museum hosts changing exhibitions of Western and Buddhist art. A rooftop plaza adds to the mix, featuring a small vegetable garden and shrine. All in all, Abeno Harukas is not just a landmark destination, it is an experience.
