Stunning views of the island and mainland Tasmania. You need to climb nearly 300 wooden steps to reach the lookout. The Neck is a narrow stripe that joins the north and south parts of the island. At the bottom of the lookout is a penguin viewing platform, and if you're lucky penguins come out after sunset.
