Bow Falls is located just behind the Banff Springs Hotel & only a few minutes from downtown Banff. You can drive, walk, or bike the scenic path that follows the Bow River. Parking is available near the viewpoint, but the riverside walk from town is especially beautiful.

Visiting Bow Falls is free. There is no admission fee, no reservation required, & the viewpoint is open year round.
