The aquarium in Yallingup is an ideal spot for snorkeling on a sunny day in Western Australia. Accessible via a short 1.3km return hike from the car park, part of the renowned Cape to Cape track, reaching the rock pool promises a refreshing dip in sparkling blue waters. It's a popular spot, so the small car park often fills up quickly. I found myself waiting for a few hours at Canel Rocks carpark before trying again and securing a spot to park.

The water's vivid blue hue is so striking that it almost appears photoshopped in pictures, adding to the allure of the experience. Despite the crowds, once you're in the water, the peaceful ambiance and natural beauty make it worth the wait. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Western Australia's coastal scenery.
