If you are looking for a very romantic place to stay in Rovaniemi, I can recommend two places. The Artic TreeHouse hotel and this place; The Glass Resort in Santa Claus Village.

What makes this resort very unique is that they have 24 glass igloos with a private sauna AND hottub. The accommodations are breathtaking and the location is perfect, only a few steps away from Santa's home!

If you are lucky (like I was) you can see the northern light straight from your bed through the glass roof or with a glass of champagne in the hottub outside.

It's worth mentioning that the food that they serve is incredible! We got a 3-course meal delivered in our room and it felt like a very intimate haute-cuisine dinner at a Michelin restaurant.

The Glass Resort is a place to splurge your money on, because this is a Lapland stay to remember forever!
