What you'll do
Lofoten is a dream destination for many, and rightfully so. You'd be hard-pressed to find more wild and rugged landscapes, and with the changing weather out at sea, you might experience three seasons in just one week (or even in one day). Regardless of the weather, I guarantee that your days here will be brimming with adventures among towering mountains, picturesque fishing villages, and the purest air imaginable.
I suggest starting your Lofoten journey from the northeast and gradually making your way southwest. However, you can also choose to reverse the route, starting from Moskenes where the ferry from Bodø docks. Remember to pre-book your ferry tickets and arrive on time for all departures to and from Lofoten.
I have a Lofoten ebook if you want more detailed tips and hikes for these islands. Use "winterguide" for 20% off :)

Day 1
Vestpollen
Photospot
Scenic spot
A scenic spot by the road when you're driving towards Lofoten.
Vestpolltjønna
Sightseeing
Ice dip by the road
A random, but beautiful place to swim by the road! The water is very shallow, so it feels safe. But please be careful anyways.
Keep in mind that it's not an arranged swim spot, I just stopped by the road and jumped in after a hike.
Tjeldbergtind
Hike
Scenic hike with stunning views
Tjeldbergtind is my favorite winter hike! You don't even have to do the whole hike to get good views, this first photo of me is halfway to the top. It's a moderate hike, but definitely more challenging in the snow. Park by Esso Osan or in Svolvær, and follow the gravel road towards the trail.
Be careful and wear spikes!
Nyvågar - by Classic Norway Hotels
酒店
Hotel and tiny spa
Nyvågar by Classic Norway Hotels is a charming retreat located in Kabelvåg, offering spacious fisherman's cabins, a cozy restaurant and bar, and a relaxing Lofotspa.
You can also enjoy the spa without staying here!
Skårungen
酒店
Retreat and spa in Lofoten
Skårungen is much more than just a hotel in Lofoten. With cozy cabins, waterfront views, and a little spa, it's the ultimate getaway spot. It feels like a hidden gem away from the main road, and it's the perfect base for exploring the upper part of Lofoten. Also a great spot to stay for northern lights views!
You can also just book the spa or eat in the their restaurant :)
