Charco La Vaca is a small natural seawater pool cut into the lava coast near the Los Gigantes area, so expect rocky steps and limited roadside parking; wear sturdy shoes and bring water and sun protection. It is perfect for a nice coastal walk or photos on calm days, but there are no facilities or lifeguards, and waves can rush into the pool during swell, so avoid entering the water in rough conditions! Come early to beat the crowds and get the best light.
I reccommend not to jump there at all. Its only for proficient swimmers and you have to climb rock to get back up.
