The second bridge on the Hooker Valley Track has been impacted by riverbank erosion from wind and rain events over Easter Weekend. The track is closed indefinitely until a new bridge is constructed.

The Hooker Valley Track in Mount Cook National Park is one of the most popular and stunning hikes in New Zealand.
