To have the best view of this lake you can best park your car along the road and walk up the hill. It's a very easy hike but there is no path, some parts are steeper then others, so look ahead when you make your way up so you take the easiest way. It's a great spot to take some drone shots but even with a normal camera you can get some nice pictures here.
