Airport transfers

The safari company that you book with should include airport transport within your costs and itineraries. The costs will usually be built it into your package.

Alternatively, if you have not organised airport transfers with your safari company then we would highly recommend booking your own private transfers before arrival in Tanzania. Your hotel may even provide a shuttle service to the airport, so it's worth checking that out too.

We personally would not advise taking public transport. It's also worth noting that the public transport is limited in Tanzania.
