BEWARE OF THE SCAM for Private Safari Packages!
Look out for this scam when researching safari companies

Unfortunately in Tanzania, it is not uncommon for safari companies to sell 'private safari packages' only for you then to turn up and find out that it isn't private at all and you will be sharing your game drive with other guests!
This is particularly common if you are booking game drive excursions through the lodge that you are staying at or if you stumble across a safari company whose rates seem to be considerably lower than other companies that you have obtained quotes from!
This is why it is extremely important that you do lots of research before you go, and book with a reputable company like Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris who have the right accreditations and licenses.
It's important to remember to always check with the company you are booking a package with that the safari will be entirely private if that is the package you have opted for!
