As you spend all day out on safari in Tanzania, this is one of the first questions we asked!!
Most of the parks have bathroom facilities at the entrances of the park and some of the parks have designated lunch spots, which also have bathroom facilities! They were actual very clean for the most part.
If you are desperate, you can ask your guide to stop in the middle of the bush, but bear in mind that it needs to be safe to do so with no wildlife lurking around!
TOP TIP: Some toilets didn't have toilet paper, so you may want to stuff some tissues in your pocket before you go in! We would also recommend carrying antibacterial gel with you as a lot of the soap was watered down.
