If you are hoping to travel to Zanzibar, as of 1st October 2024, all visitors must have mandatory inbound travel insurance from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation for the duration of their stay!
International policies will not be accepted.
Check out your Government's Foreign Travel Advice and they should be able to advise you accordingly depending on your country of residence as there may be differences that apply.
