Llynnau Mymbyr is a pair of lakes nestled in the picturesque Dyffryn Mymbyr valley in Snowdonia, Wales. Originally known as Llyn Mymbyr, the lake has a maximum depth of 30 feet and is split in two by a delta along its northern shore. Fed by the Nantygwryd river, these lakes are popular for activities like fly-fishing, sub-aqua courses, and canoe training. The surrounding geological features, including the Capel Curig Volcanic Formation and Moel Siabod, add to the charm of this scenic spot.
