Located near Selfoss in south Iceland, Ölvisholt Brewery is an exciting and innovative microbrewery. Founded in 2007 by two passionate beer-loving farmers, the brewery has pushed itself to create some of the best beers in the country, using top quality ingredients. The expert brewmaster, Ásta Ósk Hlöðversdóttir, utilizes her B.Sc. degree in engineering and her expertise in chemistry and physics to make sure every beer is crafted to perfection. A visit to the historic repositioned barn that houses the brewery is a must for any beer-lover!
