Located inside HI Lake Louise Alpine Centre, Bill Peyto's Cafe pays homage to one of Banff National Park's most famous and respected guides. Bill Peyto released a lynx in a bar upon arrival in town to enjoy his drink in peace. Today, Bill Peyto's Cafe is open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday, and offers full hot breakfasts, tasty appies, hearty entrees and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, perfect for fuelling whatever adventures come your way. The cafe welcomes both HI hostel guests and the general public- provide the furry friends are left at home!
