Cottage Creek Vineyards is a charming, family-owned winery nestled in the scenic Uvas Valley on the western edge of Morgan Hill. Established by locals Denise and Sam Russell, the vineyard began in 2014 with the planting of their estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The property features a beautifully renovated cottage and a Mediterranean-inspired main house, reflecting the couple’s dedication to creating a welcoming and picturesque environment .

The winery offers a diverse selection of wines, including their estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as varietals sourced from California’s Central Coast and the Pacific Northwest. Guests can enjoy tastings in an outdoor setting, often accompanied by live music and local food vendors. Cottage Creek Vineyards is open on select weekends and some Friday evenings, providing an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for wine enthusiasts.
