Elephant Rock is a cool rock formation located on the Westman Islands archipelago in Iceland. It looks like the head of an elephant sticking out of the water, with its trunk submerged. Some people even say it resembles a Lovecraftian sea creature! The rock is made of basalt, which gives it a wrinkled appearance. It was formed during volcanic activity, and the most recent eruption in 1973 created other popular attractions on the island. You can visit Elephant Rock by taking a ferry from the mainland and then a boat trip to see it. It's definitely worth checking out if you're into unique natural formations and want to explore the beautiful Westman Islands.
