As tourists, dressing similarly to locals can help you blend in and show respect for the local culture. We recommend a varied wardrobe, with long pants or skirts, short-sleeved shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, and a light jacket.

As for the veil, I had to wear it when entering holy places or mosques.
