SUSHISAMBA Edinburgh is located on the 10th floor of W Edinburgh in St James Quarter, offers a unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine - with stunning views of Edinburgh's skyline. We went here with a friend for our American Thanksgiving, actually - and it was one of the most memorable holidays we've had. I think about this food a lot - delicious!
