Sørenga Sjóbad is a recreational area located in Oslo, Norway that invites visitors to connect with their natural surroundings. Designed by LPO arkitekter, this beach-and- pool complex offers a number of captivating amenities for locals and tourists alike. This 8,700-meter squared recreation area provides visitors with a stunning view out onto the Hovedøya island and beyond the cityscape, including the modern Barcode area and the iconic Oslo Opera House. The 50-meter seawater pool allows for competitive swimming and diving, and includes a diving tower and open-air showers. For a truly unique experience, visitors can take a stroll through the park located in the middle of the Sørenga pier, or relax on the wooden floating jetty that extends from the harbour promenade.
