1. Discovery
Start with a simple email questionnaire to get to know you. You can upgrade to a 30-minute discovery call at checkout if preferred. We’ll ask about:
Proposed dates of travel
Where you’re staying (if know)
Children’s ages and interests (and dislikes)
Your family’s travel style and trip priorities
Activities you want to include or beaches and sights you are keen to visit
Practical needs (pushchair access, allergies, car seats)
You can share any family-specific requirements here (incl. daily budget for dining out and/or day trips)
2. Itinerary Design
Your custom PDF itinerary arrives within 10 working days. It’s flexible, family-tested and easy to swap days around.
3. Revisions
Feel free to request one round of edits to adjust pace or swap activities (sent within 5 working days)
