This spot is on the way to the Tre Cime, you'll start hiking at the Rifugio Auronzo, and before you get to the Rifugio Lavaredo, just take a right turn and walk on the meadow. It is close to the church on the trail. On your right side you'll see the Cadini di Misurina in the distance.
