Sognsvann is a beautiful lake just north of Oslo. In the summer you can picnic, hike around the lake, swim and more. In winter you can ice skate, ski or walk on the lake as well as make fires, build snowmen or igloos. My absolute favourite place in Oslo very easy to get to if you just hop on the metro.
