Dean Village is a charming little village located just 5 minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street northwest of the city centre Edinburgh. It used to be a bustling hub for grain milling, with eleven working mills powered by the Water of Leith. But as time went on and larger mills were built elsewhere, Dean Village's trade dwindled. However, in recent years, the village has undergone a transformation and has become a sought-after residential area. With its picturesque setting and close proximity to the city, it's no wonder that Dean Village has become a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. Follow the walkway along the Water of Leith and you will come to the impressive Dean Bridge designed by Thomas Telford. The most striking building in the Dean Village is Well Court, recently restored with the help of Edinburgh World Heritage. Built in the 1880s as model housing for local workers
