I'll keep this recommendation simple. This place has solid coffee and food but the reason I chose this one is for the vibe. They put the music a little louder, the atmosphere is a little more upbeat, and I feel like it's more acceptable to have a conversation.

Kyoto is an incredible place full of zen and peace but occasionally it's nice to break free and take the vibe up a notch!
