If you are looking for a beach that provides some shade and amenities such as showers, toilets and a café, then Kupalište Bene is the right place for you. Even though it's a little bit off the beaten path, don't expect it to be a secret – there is no such thing as a real secret beach in Split. So even though it might be less crowded than other beaches around the city, it can still be busy during high season, with people unfortunately not always taking care of the environment and disposing of their garbage wherever.
