Our Bubble stays are designed as an escape from the chaos and humdrum of everyday life, allowing our guests to recharge and reconnect with the natural environment. Sleep under a sky full of stars and watch the northern lights dance from your very own private bubble.
Our Hrosshagi location is situated in a forest close to the town of Reykholt on the route of the Golden Circle. It is just over 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Here our guests will get a moment to enjoy the stillness and serenity of a place apart from the rest of the world.
This unique accommodation is one to remember. It is a bit on the touristy side in my opinion but it can make for a magical experience if the northern lights are out! Each bubble is in the middle of a small forest for maximum privacy and there is a short walk to the bathrooms. The bubbles get pretty dark in the winter time but there is plenty of heat! Good idea to download a movie or play games by the lanturn.
