The chef behind Beyond Sushi opened a new spot in the city - Coletta offers an Italian food menu with reinvented classic dishes. I've seen so many reviews, and I had high expectations - all exceeded. Such a great experience - trust me, even if you are not Vegan (I'm not!): the food is so delicious!

My highlights:

• Tuna Crudo - this was shocking - how do they do that?

• Portobello carpaccio - delicious, I love the flavors; light and refreshing

• Risotto has some interesting textures; it was so good!

• Chocolate Budino was probably one best chocolate desserts I've ever had!

• Drinks were excellent - I love the Nuts & Berries, with a creamy layer on top.

Plus, the environment is so elegant.
