Peña Blanca Beach is one of Aguadilla’s most magical and hidden gems.

Peña Blanca is a small, secluded cove framed by white limestone cliffs and lush tropical greenery. The white rocky formations that give the beach its name (“Peña Blanca” means “white rock”) create a dramatic and photogenic backdrop unlike anything else along the coast. It feels tucked away and intimate.

The water here is exceptionally clear and is a great place to go snorkeling.

This beach draws those in the know — locals, adventurous travelers, and nature lovers. It has virtually no commercial development, no kiosks, and no crowds on most days. It’s quiet, serene, and deeply natural, with the sound of waves against the limestone cliffs as the main soundtrack.

Part of Peña Blanca’s charm is that it requires a little effort to reach. The path down to the beach involves navigating a trail along the cliffs, which adds to the sense of discovery and adventure when you finally arrive.
