Tucked away on a charming little plaza, Bo's is the perfect spot to soak up the Pollença sun. You have to try their specialty coffee; it's some of the best on the island. They also serve incredible sourdough focaccia sandwiches and healthy bowls in a cozy courtyard that feels like a local secret.
