PAUL is one of the best places in Minsk for a slow, beautiful breakfast. If you love taking your time in the morning with good coffee and fresh pastries, this is your spot.

They serve classic French bakery favorites, and everything tastes really high quality — croissants, desserts, and breakfast plates are all excellent. This particular PAUL is located right in the city center and was the very first PAUL restaurant to open in Minsk, which makes it especially popular.

In winter, the decorations here are always lovely and cozy, and in summer they open a terrace where it’s perfect to sit with a coffee and watch the city go by.

I always recommend PAUL for breakfast — it’s one of my personal favorites in Minsk.
