The Roman Nymphaeum in Amman, Jordan is a cool ancient public fountain that's still hanging around today. Built in the 2nd century CE, it used to be part of a water stream called Seil Amman, which sadly dried up in the 20th century. This nymphaeum was a popular spot back in the day, with a big pool that was constantly filled with water. Nowadays, archaeology students and pros are giving it some TLC by cleaning and restoring the structure stone by stone. It's a neat piece of history right in the heart of downtown Amman.
