When we discovered Underhuset, we quickly realized we had found our new favorite place to eat in Lofoten... Authentic mexican food never tasted so good! Having grown up in California and raised on Mexican food it's something that I've missed here in Norway. Just the other day, Rachel and I were driving back from a hike and noticed Underhuset... it's an absolute hidden gem! You can't go wrong with a meal here - breakfast, lunch or dinner! Not to mention it's just a few minutes drive from Reine so if you're looking for a celebratory margarita or taco dinner after climbing one of the big peaks, you'll be in the right place!
